Veteran-Owned. Precision-Built.
We are a veteran-owned technology company building HORIZON, an AI-native financial intelligence platform for small businesses. Our focus is practical execution, not experimentation.
One Platform. No Gaps.
It starts with keeping the books accurate and current at all times. HORIZON reconciles your transactions continuously across 12,000+ U.S. banks, posts to a GAAP-compliant ledger, and keeps your financial data live. That financial ground truth is the signal source.
From there, the platform applies real intelligence methodology. It collects signals from economic, geopolitical, and regulatory sources, then correlates them against your live financial data to surface threats and opportunities before they reach your bottom line. These signals aren't dashboards you check. They are woven directly into your forecasts, your KPI targets, your vendor risk scores, and your budget assumptions.
Every signal is filtered through your industry. HORIZON benchmarks your margins, growth, and ratios against industry-specific data and adjusts your targets based on whether you're in construction, professional services, manufacturing, or retail. The intelligence isn't generic. It's calibrated to your specific business and the economic conditions around it.
Most financial tools look inward at your data and make charts. That's business intelligence. HORIZON adds a dimension those tools structurally cannot access: the external world acting on your business. The books are the foundation. The intelligence layer gives them context and foresight.
Give Every Business the Intelligence Advantage
Large enterprises have teams of analysts monitoring the economy, screening supply chain risk, and modeling financial scenarios. Small businesses get a spreadsheet and a prayer. We exist to close that gap. HORIZON delivers a capability that no CFO is trained to provide and no accounting tool is built to deliver: real-world intelligence, grounded in your financial data, running continuously.
No Business Should Ever Be Blindsided
A tariff change shouldn't surprise you. A customer concentration risk shouldn't be invisible. An interest rate shift shouldn't hit your margins before you even know it happened. We are building toward a world where every business, regardless of size, operates with the same situational awareness that intelligence agencies bring to national security, applied to the numbers that determine whether your business survives or thrives.
Julius Umali, MSc, MBA
Julius holds a BSME and MSME with a focus on dynamics, controls, vibrations, and robotics, along with an MBA. He is a mechanical and control systems engineer with over a decade of experience across the Department of the Navy (NAVAIR) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. At NAVAIR, he conducted research in aircraft propulsion and power systems. At the Army Corps, he manages multidisciplinary programs that track financials, legal, engineering, and contracting across complex infrastructure projects. These are environments where decisions depend on accurate, timely information, and where the cost of acting on stale data is too high to accept.
While running his own consulting practice, he experienced the same problem from the other side. As a business owner, the financial data he relied on was always late, always disconnected from the world around it, and never gave him the kind of situational awareness he was used to in engineering. That gap between what he knew was possible and what the market offered is what led him to build HORIZON.
He saw it everywhere in small business finance. The month ends. The bank releases the statement five days later. The bookkeeper gets to it a week after that. By the time a business owner sees their numbers, the data is already 15 days old. Decisions are made on last month's reality. Meanwhile, the stock market runs on sentiment and last quarter's earnings, so even the "sophisticated" financial world operates on speculation dressed up as analysis. The probabilistic capacity of most financial data rests in ambiguity, not clarity.
Julius asked a simple question: in high-consequence environments, operating without proper intelligence means operating blind. And operating blind leads to catastrophe. In business, the stakes are no different. But no one treats it that way until it's too late. So why can't businesses have what the best-resourced organizations in the world have: real-time signal collection, continuous correlation, and actionable insight delivered before the threat materializes?
That question became HORIZON. It starts with keeping the books accurate and current at all times, because that financial ground truth is the signal source. From there, it applies real intelligence methodology to give it context and foresight. The bookkeeping is the foundation. The intelligence is why the platform exists.
